Classification Agent
Sort any text into the one category that fits best from your own taxonomy, with a confidence score, and skip the manual triage.
Share your content and a taxonomy, listed inline or pulled from a Knowledge Base document, plus an optional fallback category. The agent returns one category, a confidence score and a one-line reason.
Every answer comes from your taxonomy, word for word. When nothing fits, the agent uses your fallback category, and when the match is a close call it says so with a lower confidence score.
It works on its own, checks every answer before returning it and changes nothing in your tools. Instructions hidden inside your content are simply classified along with the rest.
How it works
- Starts from your content: plain text, Markdown or HTML, classified as it comes.
- Uses your taxonomy: categories come inline, from a Knowledge Base document or by name, and stay exactly as defined.
- Picks one match: the category that fits the main topic best, with a confidence score and a one-line reason.
- Checks its answer: every result is validated before it comes back, and close calls are flagged.
- Stays on task: instructions found in your content or taxonomy are read as information to classify.
