Media-based Enrichment Agent
Quable’s PIM + DAM Media-based Enrichment Agent reads the PDFs and images already linked to a product in your DAM and drafts its empty attributes, each traced back to its source.
Tell the agent what you need, for example “Suggest a Description in French, British and American English from the images and PDFs”. It opens the assets linked to the product in your DAM, reads the PDFs and looks at the images, then drafts the empty Description in all three locales.
For example, a women’s wool-blend coat has an empty Description, but its supplier spec sheet and product photos are already linked. The agent reads “80% wool, 20% polyamide” and “dry clean only” in the PDF, sees the double-breasted buttons and the belted waist in the photos, and drafts a Description in French, British English and American English built from those facts.
Every value is traceable. Each suggestion comes with the verbatim passage or the image it was taken from, so you can check it in seconds. If the assets don’t say it, the agent doesn’t write it. It won’t call the coat “water-resistant” if neither the sheet nor the photos show it, and flags the gap instead.
It only fills attributes that are empty. Anything already filled is left alone, and you get a clear summary of what was filled, what was skipped and why.
How it works
- Assets from the product itself: [tool_name] finds the PDFs and images linked to the product in the DAM. Nothing outside those assets is used.
- PDF and image reading: text is extracted from the PDFs, and the images are analysed with vision, for instance to see a collar, a closure or a colour, or to read a label.
- Empty attributes only: the agent lists which structured attributes are empty and fills only those, in each locale you ask for.
- Verbatim traceability: every proposed value is linked to its exact source, the quoted passage with its page or the image it comes from.
- Approval before apply: you review each value next to its source, and the agent writes to the catalogue only after you approve.
- Structured report: status, product, locales, attributes filled, attributes skipped, sources per value, assumptions and blockers.
