AI question generator

Purpose and intended use

Ideal for creating quizzes, polls, and other interactive formats that engage audiences, by providing specific prompts or commands, Customer’s Users generate the content of questions for Interactive Campaigns such as quizzes or questionnaires.

Limitations

Customer’s Users shall not provide any personal data in the prompt or command. 

Data used

Data shared with the OpenAI API is not utilized for training or fine-tuning the AI models, guaranteeing that Customer’s Users inputs are not stored or otherwise processed for the AI model improvement.

AI Output 

Customer’s Users can generate between 1 and 15 questions, with 2 to 5 potential answers each.

Human oversight

The generated content must be first reviewed by the Customer’s Users before the Interactive Campaign is published. Customer’s Users may update, add or remove questions and answers.

AI rich text editor

Purpose and intended use

Designed to assist the Customer's Users in refining and enhancing written content directly within the Product's rich text editor. By selecting any text and triggering the AI assistant, Customer's Users can correct grammar, improve phrasing, align the writing style with predefined guidelines, etc. The feature relies on the AI model provider configured for the Customer's account, or on the Provider's default AI model provider where no custom configuration is in place.

Customer’s Users shall not provide any personal data in the prompt or text to modify. 

Data used

Only the text explicitly selected by the Customer's Users is transmitted to the AI model provider for processing. Data shared with the AI model provider is not used for training or fine-tuning AI models, and Customer’s Users inputs are neither stored nor otherwise processed for AI model improvement purposes. Where the Customer has configured their own AI model provider, the data processing terms of that provider shall apply.

AI Output 

The feature returns a revised version of the selected text, reflecting the requested grammar corrections or style adjustments. Output is limited to the scope of the selected content and does not generate new standalone content.

Human oversight

All AI-suggested edits must be explicitly accepted by the Customer's Users before being applied to the content. Customer's Users retain full ability to accept, modify, or discard any suggestion prior to publication of the related Interactive Campaign or content.
