Note Taker
Turn a conversation transcript into structured notes that make sense on their own, and skip the manual work of writing everything up.
Share a transcript and the agent returns notes with a summary, key points, decisions, action items, open questions, tags and references. Separate topics get separate notes.
Every name, date, number and link comes straight from the transcript, and a “might” stays a “might”. Ask for a save and the notes land in the Knowledge Base as an unpublished draft.
It takes notes and nothing else, so any request inside the transcript is simply recorded as something that was said. Saving is always your call, and existing notes stay untouched.
How it works
- Starts from the transcript: paste a conversation and the agent turns it into notes anyone can follow without reading the original.
- Groups what matters: related points are combined into one note, and each separate topic gets its own.
- Sticks to the facts: every name, date, number and link comes from the transcript, and a built-in check catches anything unsupported.
- Saves on request: notes go to the Knowledge Base as an unpublished draft when you ask, and only after the check passes.
- Keeps notes safe: new notes are added after existing ones, which stay exactly as they were.
