Workflow

The Ibexa Workflow module adds a configurable approval process on top of the standard draft/publish cycle. A workflow definition lists named stages (e.g. Draft, Legal Review, Final Approval) and the transitions between them, including which roles may trigger each transition and what notifications are sent.

Workflows are defined in YAML configuration, making them version-controlled alongside code. Editors submit content from the back-office edit screen; approvers receive email notifications and can add review comments at each transition before the content is published.
