Location

The Ibexa content repository separates a content item from its position in the site tree. A Location is the node that places a content item at a specific point in the tree with a given URL alias and visibility state.

One content item can have multiple Locations (multi-homing), allowing the same article to appear under both a news section and an author profile without duplication. Each Location independently controls priority, sorting order, and visibility.
